This movie-themed hotel will be friendly, family-oriented and dynamic.
It will have several assets: a hundred renovated rooms including private gardens for those on the first floor (ideal for smokers, clients with dogs) but also communicating rooms allowing to welcome families or groups of friends looking for inexpensive and qualitative trips.
Other assets: a swimming pool which will propose movie nights with film projection on a big screen, a huge green garden with a view on the Saint Cassien hill, an outdoor gym, an American-style parking (parking space in front of the room)…
Acquisition of Le Charlet Hotel in La Bourboule
Courbet acquired a 2-star hotel in La Bourboule. In order to diversify its offer, Courbet plans to transform this hotel into a trendy and lifestyle youth hostel.
Collège International de Cannes Santa Maria
In the heart of Cannes lies this historic 6,000 m2 institution, previously known as Villa Santa Maria. This building housed the Fondation du Docteur Pascal, an organization that treated children with tuberculosis of the bone.
In 1931, the property was transformed into a teaching center by the poet and philosopher Paul Valéry, and is now dedicated to the teaching of French language and culture for students from all over the world.
The International College welcomes an average of 3,000 students per year and has a capacity of 250 beds.
